We are super excited for our update this month! We are releasing two of our top community requests: incremental refresh for Pro and hierarchical slicer. Additionally, we’ve added some improvements to the new ribbon and a couple new DAX functions. We are excited to announce the public preview of the enhanced Power BI Snowflake connector. If you are a Snowflake customer, you’ll be delighted to know that you no longer need an on-premises data gateway to access your data warehouse. Another improvement is the support for AAD authentication including Single-Sign-On (SSO).
It’s the start of a new Super User season. In addition to welcoming new Super Users, we’re also starting a brand-new tier system.
In the coming weeks, we will be allowing customers with workspaces or apps backed by premium capacity to add users outside of the organization to e-mail subscriptions as well. This new functionality can be used whether or not you wish to add the user formally to your tenant as a B2B user, giving you the ultimate control around how you wish to share and distribute content externally.
